One Source Live Combi Event - One For The Books

We hosted our first One Source Live event for 2022 and focused on Combi ovens. Both the morning and afternoon sessions were a success, thanks to our amazing One Source Reps team and our attendees. 

One of our many goals for 2022 is to ramp up our test kitchen experiences to help our customers get a feel of what is possible in their own kitchens. Philadelphia has turned into a huge food town and we're excited to help foster that. 

What Makes A Great Event?

Every memorable event begins with a great guest list and some amazing food. We had both of those at our Combi Event. Chef Chris and Chef Peter planned for weeks to create the right recipes that would showcase the Blodgett Combi ovens used to cook all the food. And boy did they hit a home run with the food. 

If anyone wasn't sure if a combi oven could cook and prepare meals for their business before they attended, they're sure now. Just a few of the dishes that chefs made from scratch in the Combi ovens were bagels, roasted chickens, biscuits, steak, eggs, roast beef sliders, and even dehydrated fruit. They truly showcase how versatile a combi oven can be to a restaurant, school, healthcare facility, or hospitality operation. 

The whole event was a team effort. From those who arrived on-site at 4 am to start prepping to those who stayed until late in the night cleaning up, our One Source team really shone to make this a great event for our customers. 

And speaking of our customers - the attendees for our Combi Event were engaged, interested, and came with questions. And their appetites! We love to see people enjoying food and seeing everyone who made it out in the stormy weather to learn more made us happy.

If you weren't able to make this event, don't worry. One Source Reps is committed to bringing more high-quality, educational events to our test kitchen in Sharon Hill. Each event will have a theme and will include our knowledgeable staff, representatives from some of the best foodservice equipment companies, great food, and lots of information to help you make informed business decisions.
