The love of coffee is an international sensation causing it to create new trends from time to time. More recently, coffee is trending and you won't believe how. ### What's Your Favorite Specialty Coffee? Roasters across the country are brewing specialty coffees for their customers and it is all the rage. No, not like changing temperatures and adding flavor. Specialty coffees range from a variety of different countries. The special characteristics of the climate where the coffee beans are grown and the flavor infused to the roasting gives unique tastes and flavors in each cup of freshly roasted coffee.  Because of the growing trends in specialty coffee, drinkers everywhere are becoming more aware of their coffee and where it comes from. The need to know where and how it was roasted is also trending among coffee drinkers. They are proud of the coffee they purchase and enjoy it as a delicacy. Customers are drawn to menus that identify the location and brewing style of the coffee when they order it.  ### Is Cold Brew For You? With a steady rise over the last few years, 2020 is the year for cold brew coffee. With small coffee shops and larger retailers indulging in iced coffees and other cold brew options for their customers. In fact, bars and restaurants have decided to offer some form of cold brew coffee beverage on their cocktail list. The growing demand for cold brew indicates that it is not just a phase but a true trend that will stay a while.  Restaurants and commercial kitchens can easily add cold brew options to their menus, where they can be either bottled or made fresh for customers right there. If it is not already on your beverage menu, it should be your next item.  ### Introducing Concordia: ![concordia_logo](https://solutions.osreps.com/hs-fs/hubfs/concordia_logo.gif?width=300&name=concordia_logo.gif)Does your commercial kitchen need to catch up with the latest coffee trends?
